After purchasing this urn the seller gladly answered my questions about engraving- promptly too!! He even sent an email stating when he shipped this out my way.I got the product two days after ordering.When I opened the package I saw the name plate engraved just as I typed out, and beautifully done.I took the urn out and it was carefully packaged in bubble wrap, and TWO drawstring bags. The top of the urn twists off the body so you can fill it and twist it shut.The only thing I can say is that it is darker than the picture- but I LOVE IT. I don't count this as a negative at all. It is a stunning marbled blue. It complements my darling pet so well. He was a handsome, wonderful friend to me in life and now in the after he is still as handsome as ever for everyone to see.Simon, and Urnconcern-Thank you so much for creating awesome products for us who have lost a loved one and want them commemorated. I purchased an urn for the ashes of a family member, the 10 inch size. The urn arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. If you wait to make the purchase of an urn at a typical funeral home the price will easily cost between $250 to $500. The funeral home will order an urn from some of the same sources shown on Amazon. In truth the urns are dropshipped from a warehouse that is inside or very hear a shipping hub. This urn cost just under $100. It is cast metal with a threaded cap. It is definitely a quality item intended for human remains. In this case the urn is going into a national military cemetary. I chose one in color because so many are just colorless metal with standard dimensions. Overspending on final arrangements is a voluntary act that in end will make your loved one's death no better. Do not mistake money for sentiments.

I bought one of these (the smallest size) for a keepsake urn after my daughter died, as we scattered her ashes at the beach after keeping just a small amount of ashes for each person who wanted some. It was such a good-quality and solid urn that I wound up buying a second one of the exact same type, so I could give one to another person and keep one for myself. The exterior is extremely shiny and classy-looking, and the lid screws on securely. I would recommend this company's products to anyone who has to face the sad task of choosing an urn for a loved one.

I don't often write reviews and it feels weird writing one for an urn but I love this urn. It is more beautiful in person than pictured. Love the color. Blue was his favorite. I wasn't sure what size to get but the description provided a good guideline. I ordered the 6" for my share of my loved one (which was about 1/4 of an adult male) and it worked out well. I had it shipped directly to the funeral home and it made a very difficult time much easier.

I would like to say I am very happy with the urn I purchased to put my fiance in. Its better in person than pictured in my personal opinion. Best thing I could ever do and purchase. Was very fast on receiving it alone. As the memorial service is very soon and it was shipped out in a fast manor and got here. I am very happy with this and would order more from Perfect Memorials and Amazon. I sure love the way amazon works on making sure customers are very happy with their orders from each place. This is a nice looking little urn but not as nice as it looked online. It still looks good sitting on display in the very nice box it came in. The top screws on tightly which is good since I had to carry it on a plane.

I purchased this item to give as keepsakes to my daughter and grandchildren, containing my husbands ashes. I am very happy with this item. The color is beautiful I think everyone will be happy with them.

Having purchased other Urns from this company we are very happy with the Urns and the Cobalt Blue is an amazing briliant and vibrant color. Purchased two for Family and while my not be used for years they look great on Fire Place where people ask about them and think about the possibility for themselves as well. Some say they would never pay Funeral Home prices for Urns - this is a great company!
