I have 2 sets of these in my RTT and 2 sets in my gazelle t4. So much light.

I purchased both versions mentioned in this review of these light strips to compare to each other. The Kanruis (cheaper version) looks very similar to the other superior brand on Amazon, the All-Top brand, which is much sturdier and can turn each color on individually or both at the same time, has a variable intensity that remains at the intensity you set with, and on and off/dimmer switch. The Kanruis version has a "hollow" sleeve over the LEDs and the clear covering seems lighter. The All-Top is embedded with solid silicone. The Kanruis intensity is variable but does not retain the intensity once cycled to the other LEDs, which then reverts to full on and must be dimmed again. The control switch is clumsy at best on either version and will change if slightly touched or moved. The Kanruis has only one switch that turns white on, then amber on, then off. Each time it switches, full intensity is the initial setting, even after dimming the light. The All-Top remains at the intensity set and whichever light setting you had it at last. The 12 volt socket is superior on the All-Top having a nickel center contact vs. smaller brass on the Kanruis. The All-Top also has a steel lip edge at the front vs. Plastic on the Kanruis.The Kanruis is cheaper.If not for the extra touchy controls, this would be a 5 star. But if you breathe heavy on the control, the light pattern changes or goes off.

Nice light. I like the Dimmable and Amber/White capabilities. The alligator clip wires seem very cheap. I recommend tying a knot in the wires of the alligator clips to prevent them from separating under useage.I do like the clips and velcro strips for hanging options.

I thought it was to high of price but when i got it i think is is worth the price. I am buying 2 more.

easy hook up, great lighting, perfect size, well protected. I use mine in my roof top tent and can fold it up inside too. where can I buy of the dual color ??

Very Bright. Switch is a little cumbersome and difficult to use at first. After learning curve. Very nice for the price.

I ordered the white/amber and they keep sending a box labeled white/amber, but the contents is the white only version. This has happened twice now, so it appears there was a factory mistake. I don't know if I have the patience to keep trying, but the product is a good one. The only improvement would be if there were some magnets to stick it onto steel (bodywork).
