Now I've seen some comment about expensive and easy to lose. yes it cost more than others but this is mean to be use daily, disconnecting on and off as you're using it, this is tailored for a cable technician that uses it attached to a $5k meter to do his work. If it's attached to the end of the cable of the meter test machine it cannot be lost or misplaced. If you're using it for its intended use it's a wonderful quick connect that allows you to connect to connectors at the tap (top of the pole or pedestals) side of the house, or inside the house behind cable devices like modems, mta or cable boxes using a barrel. I've bought three of this already and more likely will continue to buy more as they wear out due to heavy use 5 days a week 8hours a day during my workday. The product does it's intended purpose and the price reflects that. You losing it had nothing to do with the quality of the product or intended use.

We move our large antenna between our upstairs and downstairs TV. It was a pain to be constantly screwing and unscrewing the coax cable. This adapter screws to the antenna cable and then just slides onto the coax fitting. It stays firmly attached and works great with no interference.

This is pretty expensive but i love it so far. Been 2 months and.holding up great. Even works good with the rubber piece in the S.A taps, goes right in the hole every time, no issues. Also no issues with any MER/BER errors. Normally the slip on fittings the little ring will pop off then it doesnt grip well. That wont happen with this because the sleeve around it. Would definitely reccomend

I bought this to use on a TV where I'm sharing a connection on a tv box. It allows me to connect/disconnect individually. Comcast knows when you have 2 tv's connected to their boxes, and shut off mine. I learned to have only 1 tv connected at a time. 1 is on HDMI, while the 2nd out in the garage, is on CATV. I keep it disconnected, until I want to use it. I unplug the HDMI, then pop on this CATV connector. Beats the old 7/16" wrench undoing the COAX fitting! Works well.

Much better than the cheap ones. This is built to last. It is expensive but you'll have this for a while before it starts to get loose and not hold on anymore. Good to have if your a cable/maintenance technician.

I’m a cable tech and use this on my viavi onyx meter every day for the last 2 months and love it. I don’t recommend twisting a barrel in the connector as it will score the center conductor, and verify MER/BER issues without this fitting when troubleshooting. I was sceptacle on paying the price they’re asking but it’s worth every penny!

Great adapters. But 18 bucks each. Never again they get lost pretty quick
