Not a good value for price
Taste is good. Cook up fast. I would continue to buy from them, but they are no longer prime for single purchase. They lowered price but added shipping. I like having the security of prime for returns especially on something that can easily break when in transit, as seen in some reviews. They have some prime options for bigger orders. I'll check back to see if things change later to see if I will purchase again with the seller. The size is right, price is high, so I don't feel the value is there for me to continue to purchase from this source.

Disappointing!!!
I was so excited to receive this Couscous, unfortunately, it was delivered with a DVD that i had been waiting for and as soon as I picked up the package, I heard the sound of loose sand!! I opened the bag, and I was shocked, the bag of Couscous was open and spilled all over the place!! Also worth mentioning, that the smell was rancid!! Luckily, my DVD was ok. The Couscous and DVD should NOT have been packaged like that!! I was so disappointed :-(

Very fine texture
Very, very finely textured couscous. Much finer than the normal couscous you buy at the store. However, it's good in soups and sauces. I haven't used it on its own.

Couscous as Couscous should be.
Used to live on Couscous and soup back in the 90s. Put a can of soup in a pan and bring to boil, add spices. Stir in an egg, or not. Put some Couscous in to the soup, stir. Turn the stove off and walk away for 10 minutes. Dinner. Now for some reason the local stores don't stock bulk Couscous anymore. Must be the celiac disease craze. So, this is Couscous as Couscous should be. It's marked as 'medium grain' but actually on the small side of 'medium', cooks in 5 minutes. Turns your soup and stew chewy.
