This is best for powerlifters
I am a powerlifter and i have used other brands too but USI build quality is just premium and different and i have also used their powerlifting belt and the build quality is good in this price point

Keeps me warm during my heavy bench sessions, a must during cold days. Gives good support and compression overall. Easy to put on and snuggy. Colors could have been better. Well packaged too.

Horrible and Awful seller
Product is good , but avoid this stupid and dumb seller. I had first requested for small then asked for an exchange in size with M but then again seller sent size small.It seems the seller doesnt read the instructions but just acts stupidly.

Awesome for heavy thrusters, weighted dips and push-ups
Great product... Writing this to help all lifter brothers and sisters... Anything in the circumference of 12 inches should choose size L. Anyone with 11 to 11.5 circumference can choose M for snug fit. I feel if 11 circumference chooses S it would be difficult to pull the sleeve up the arm and may require help. My circ measured 11.5 and I picked M ..does the job without fuss. ....thanks again ..

Good quality, offers good compression.
The media could not be loaded. Got the elbow sleeves after having a niggling elbow pain. They offer good compression and aid slightly in the lifts due to that. For the cost, the quality and finish is excellent as expected from USI.

It smells as fk not worth it imo, buy a 3mm one for benching and all but not from usi
