I have taken this product regularly for 7 months before writing this review. I’m still on my very first bottle, with about a month worth of pills left. For YEARS I thought I was one of those unlucky people who needed one to two hours to fall asleep at night. I would suffer bouts of insomnia where I wouldn’t fall asleep until 3 or 4 am, only to have to be up a couple hours later. Friends would tease me about my early bed time but I needed to be laying down in the dark for hours if I wanted to be asleep by midnight. Worse, I suffered from leg cramps and leg twitching that was uncomfortable and would keep me awake. I assumed it was my lot in life to just deal with it. When a blood test came back showing my magnesium levels were “a little low”, I decided to supplement and hoped this one was good quality. The first day I took two pills; one in the morning and one before bed. I felt no difference and still took an hour to fall asleep. The next day I took two more, again one in the morning and evening and from then on I only took one pill every day before bed. It was the third night when I fell asleep in 30 minutes that I began to have hope. By the end of the first week, I was falling asleep in 15 minutes every night and the leg cramps were gone. For someone who used to lie awake for hours in the dark every night, waiting for sleep to come, this was a miracle-level experience. Now I fall asleep in ten minutes at night. I take the supplement almost every day before bed but I do sometimes forget maybe once every other week and still fall asleep easily. It seems to have truly balanced my magnesium levels so that I can finally sleep like a normal person. If you have suffered from a lack of sleep because you “naturally” take a long time to fall asleep, consider trying a good quality magnesium supplement. I cannot believe I endured two decades of sleep issues. I am grateful to fall asleep quickly and effortlessly now.

I’ve had issues in the past with other magnesium formulas to the point I couldn’t tolerate them due to stomach pain they’ve caused. This formula is exceptional!!! It also helps keep my weight very steady, and gives me a better night’s sleep. Lots of health benefits with this supplement. I have been taking it now for 4 or 5 years and never want to be without it. Highly recommend!!

A few years ago my doctor indicated that my magnesium levels were too low so told me to add a magnesium supplement. I tried a couple of other brands and they were hard to swallow or they caused digestive issues. Then I found this brand - easy to swallow and no stomach ache after taking the pills. My doctor is happy with my magnesium levels and I’m happy with this pill.

Best extended release magnesium, a little pricey but worth it. If you have migraines give this a try.

I’m so glad I received my tablets these are magnesium Malate in which most magnesium tablets are not. They truly help the buckling and pain in my legs. They are a lifesaver . Also they were supposed to be delivered in one week and I messaged to see if I could get them earlier and they were here the next day Very Very Satisfied. Previously ordered. Thanks

I left off one star for the price being being so high. I have MVP and have had chest, back and jaw pain off and on for 20 years. I complained to my doctor and he said go to the ER whenever it happens. Right. If I did that I would have been going to the ER multiple times every month for the last 20 years. I had some cardio testing done about 10 years ago and I complained again about the pain. He shrugged his shoulders and said pain with MPV is normal. So I just lived with it even though sometimes it scared the snot out of me, thinking I was having a heart attack at times. Anyway, I started searching the internet about MPV symptoms and discovered that yes, indeed pain with MPV is common, but I also found a study had been done that revealed magnesium malate reduced or eliminated the pain in the study group. Since magnesium tends to give me loose stools I decided to try the timed release formula even though it's spendy. It eliminates that side effect. I have taken the product for one month now and I have not had any chest/back/jaw pain since taking this product. I realize one month isn't long for a test, but the relief of not dealing with this pain has been immense. I hope it continues! Update: Been taking this now for almost 4 years now. The price has gone up so I tried using a cheaper brand of regular magnesium and within a day my heart was giving me lots of irregular beats and pains. Went back to this stuff and things settled down. I am taking three in the evening. Four is the serving size, but trying to get by with the least amount that keeps my symptoms controlled because of the cost.

This suppliment works as intended and has become a staple in our home. Works as intended and does make you feel healthier.
