Tea Forte Kati Cup Blanche, Ceramic Tea Infuser Cup with Infuser Basket and Lid for Steeping Loose Leaf Tea

So I'm a huge fan of TEAFORTE, and had been using this for six months until one day the temperature change from pouring hot water into a cold mug cracked the top. The thick porcelain wall was jagged and sharp at the edges, and would no longer fit with the lid and tea infuser.I was very disappointed HOWEVER Kendra from TeaForte replied to my email immediately and was able to issue a replacement! I'm very impressed by customer service and am happy to see that TeaForte customers are valued.I will say for the product-- it seems to be sensitive to temperature changes (this crack has happened on other reviewer's mugs as well), a bit hard to grip and the infuser is difficult to clean. It can be hot to touch as the mug material heats up very quickly. However, it's beautifully designed and well made.

This is actually the third one I have purchased. I brought one for myself, one for my sister in law and this latest one for my daughter. Well made, works wonderfully with loose tea which I love. I highly recommend this product.

I gave this as a gift to my wife and she loves it. The lid works great to keep the tea warm and provides a spot to put the strainer after steeping.

I've purchased a few of these and really enjoy the double walled aspect to keep the tea hot. The infuser basket isn't a perfect design and can be tippy. Both the cup and the metal basket get very discolored from tea, so one needs to find a good product to remove that.

Received this for a gift and loved it so much I’m giving them for Christmas gifts. Loved the teas and the cups are perfect size.

Having hand issues this cup is heavy for my grip. With no lumps, bumps, handles or other features for assistance it slips from my fingers when full of tea. It takes my two hands to carry it safely. - Others who have arthritis might have similar issues. Daughter likes it however so it has a place of its own and gets lots of useful attention.

I like it a lot! Now instead of washing teapot and extra cups, I will only wash one. The only complain is when you drink tea, you have to take the filter out and put it on the top of the lid. It can get messy sometimes. Besides that, no complaint!

I love these mugs! I have at least seven in my cabinet. It is the only tea mug that I will buy! The strainers do not let anything through, which I noticed other strainers do. The mug doesn’t get hot which is very nice. However, like most things, don’t drop it or it will break. I’ve broken two of these so far due to my own clumsiness! Also, I wouldn’t let tea sit in these for too long because rings will form and they are annoying to clean.

It’s impossible to hold the cup when your tea is ready as the cup stays super hot. I do not recommend this cup unfortunately
