I’m giving it a four because it ended up leaving a weird smell that lingered for a while after spring it. It removed any dog odors, and it also prevented my dog from coming around and peeing in the same spot again I did its job. I didn’t leave any color residue And I would also say the quality of the product is nice.

No need for more expensive cleaner. This stuff is great for mess from pets or humans.
Don’t waste your money on stuff that costs twice as much. This stuff has been great, though I have to say i think most of the previous bottle was used on human messes rather than pet messes.- two or three minor accidents with kids’ illness-related bowel/stomach accidents in the car back seat. After cleaning up with this, absolutely zero smell or visible stain.- we wanted to sell this queen mattress but it had some sweat stains on it that we thought we d never get out. Well it took two applications, hours of soaking, and lots of blotting but the stains were eliminated to the point of being undetectable. Any remaining odors were eliminated as well, and we had no trouble selling the mattress.The smell of the cleaner itself isn’t bad but it tends to dissipate in a few days anyway.I’m sure I must have used this on cat pee at some point but my memory of that seems to have faded as thoroughly as the pee did after applying this cleaner.

Save your sanity during housebreaking!
I don't know for SURE if this stuff is the source of the miracle that we've been enjoying around our home since I started using it, but if so, thank you, thank you and hallelujah! We have a new puppy who I was sure we'd never be able to housebreak. However, I got this, followed the directions precisely and - I kid you not - not an accident in the house in that last week! Yahoo! I get to keep my mind AND my dog! The smell is very nice when it's wet and non-existent when it dries. It leaves no stains and dries very quickly.

Excellent Stuff
Excellent Stuff!I babysit dogs and sometimes they mess on my floor! The grout soaks up the pee! First I wipe it up than I spray the tile with Extreme! I wipe it up with a dry towel but I do not scrub the grout I let it dry by itself! No odor left! When the dogs are gone I wash my entire floor! No odor! I love this stuff!
