God's War on Terror: Islam, Prophecy and the Bible

Not only for the religious minded, but for the polically interested people as well.
Walid Shoebat systematically makes a case from the scriptures for anti-Christ to come from the Middle East out of an Islamic nation. He also systematically dismantles the Eurocentric view of anti-Christ using the scriptures. By using Islamic history, the Koran, Hadith and theological writings from Islamic scholars, he makes a definitive case that Islam is not just another religion, but is in fact a political movement with a desire to establish the Caliphate and instill Islamic law throughout the world, first through proselyting, false peace treaties and warfare. He uses biblical references, Koran and hadith references, as well as citing his history resources and the Islamic theology scholars where is work can be confirmed and verified. I found it interesting that when he wrote the book in 2008, he stated that we should be watching Egypt, Libya and Sudan. Since his writing, Egypt has had civil war removing their government, and is on the verge of another war. Libya has had a civil war removing their dictator, and Sudan is on the brink of civil war. I found the book to be backed with solid evidence to support his eschatological views. His eschatological views are not a `new teaching'. His views are shared with some of the greatest scholars, theologians and thinkers in Christian church history. Many of the names you will recognize. The church turned their attention from an Islamic focused anti-Christ to a Eurocentric anti-Christ when the Caliphate, Ottoman Empire fell in 1928. However, upon modern news and current events we should consider placing our focus back to the Middle East as so many great scholars from the past did. This book is not only a good read for the student of the bible, and Christianity, it is informative to anybody who has an interest in modern politics and what role Islam can, and likely will have politically in the near future, including the United States.

Co NOT miss this book. It is the best and most revealing book on the coming AntiChrist there is on the market today!
What a fantastic book! This is ground breaking and challenges the idea that the AntiChrist and his government will be European! After reading, I totally agree with Walid Shoebat. A great gift to the present Christian church of today. He is so knowledgeable about the middle east (being born in Bethlehem to a Muslim father and Christian/Catholic mother. God has really used him to open our understanding. Even author Dave Hunt had nothing to say in dispute of his insight (I saw this on YouTube where they were together). That's telling! Don't miss this marvelous book. Every page captures your attention and I was left wishing there was even more when I got to the end of this long book. It is so valuable! Read it and be blessed. The only thing he needs help with is the PreTribulation rapture. I wish I could capture his ear for a few hours to get him more on this side of the issue. He tries to straddle middle ground on this (which proves he doesn't understand it fully). However, he leaves this issue alone and for that I'm glad because a post tribulation rapture is not Biblical. If God takes every believer out of the earth at the Second Coming, there is noting left here but NON-BELIEVERS. This makes no sense. He would be setting up His Kingdom in a world of unsaved people. That's simply not possible. Many will welcome the Lord's return with full faith and they are not going to be raptured... they're going to be here to be a part of the Millennial Kingdom!!!

The Truth is the Light
This is a very well documented book coming from an X-Muslim. He is very forthcoming and doesn’t hold back any punches. The truth is the light! The body of Christ needs to wake up and hear what this man is telling us about our Holy Bible and how it relates to what's happening in the world TODAY. My people parish for a lack of knowledge.Update: I am so thankful for having read this book. Thank you Walid! You, your ministry, and family are in my prayers. This book is very well researched regarding history, The Holy Bible, the Koran & its presentation.I also, believe that the Antichrist comes from the Middle East in the region of Turkey from what's provided in the Bible. This book brings so much clarity to that Prophecy & the geopolitical events of the day. I looked at the copyright date which I believe was 2008 and WOW look at what's happened since that time in the world. The only thing I didn't find in the book is about the role that the Pope will play during the end time. I believe that he has a role as well. Also, this book does not discuss the impact of technology being used during the end times. BUT, don't get me wrong. This book is a must read! It just might change your life. We all have a part to contribute and Walid Shoebat has certainly done his. Praise the Lord!

Excellent Insight-Poor Editing
I found Shoebat's book chilling and fascinating. Islam, as he so carefully documents in his book, is a very real candidate for the Beast and Antichrist of the Biblical "End Times." He is very careful to show the reader that his theories are backed up by scriptures. There were a few times that I was concerned that he was drawing conclusions from verses that were taken out of context, but he later, through his arguments, dispelled my fears. I can see where scholars are going to have a hay day with the poor editing and sloppy citations. Hopefully, Shoebat will be judged for the accuracy of his eschatological insights, rather than the imperfection of his scholarship. The most fascinating aspect to GOD'S WAR ON TERROR is Shoebat's ability to place the Bible and Koran side by side and show how the Koran turns many Bible prophecies upside down. By corrupting the Bible, the Koran exposes the diabolical nature of Islam. This is a book, that deserves to be read by anyone who is caught up in the drama that is unfolding in the Middle East today.

Peace through Knowledge
This is an amazing book. The first real book that makes sense on the scenario of End Time events and who are the real players as Biblical prophecy unfolds. This book also gives interesting parallels of what is predicted in the Qur'an vs. the Bible. The author is a former terrorist with an interesting personal story to tell albeit he does not dwell on that aspect very long, it simply gives some authenticity to the research.God's War on Terror is a middle east history lesson that ties that drama to today's developing news events. The Footnotes are extensive so anyone can continue with personal research by following these resources.God's Terror is very, very different then we have read from many Biblical Prophecy experts, teachers and also from some of our most notable authors of popular thrillers. What a relief! There are 1831 Biblical prophecies that have been fulfilled with only limited prophetic End Time events yet to come. If you would like to know who are the players, the events, and the indicated time line then read the God's War On Terror along side the Scriptures quoted and add the daily news. You will be shocked at how events are unfolding the evidence.God's War... is not an easy book to read with all the names, places and history lessons that most of us are unfamiliar with but the plough through is worth it. This is one of those books that you will use as a reference book for the next few years.

very good
This book is a decent study on eschatology, and I think the writer has a lot right in this book, and he quotes a lot from the bible all the time. It is much better than other books which just rant about how bad Islam is. This book is worth reading over again, as you get the bible examined properly, to try and build up a picture of the truth about prophesy, and the writer dosn't make much use of Revelation, which is very wise. Some writers base everything eschatological on Revelation, a big mistake. I want the OT examined properly, to try and figure things out, and that's what you get here, and it is not a dissapointing read. Recommended.
