I didn't grow up with Allsorts. I first sampled them in the UK a decade ago.Good ones are hard to find here. You have to order online, I've found..I've tried many. Even sprang for Malacos directly from Finland.But these from Darrell Lea......NEXT LEVEL.For starters, the piece are larger. They are also incredibly fresh and flavorful. Honestly, Allsorts in general can sometimes have a little "plastic-y" mouth feel. So I wasn't expecting this.I appreciate there is no palm oil.Eight packs might sound like a lot. But I've already identified three friends that I know will love these—and will gift a bag each.I don't know what is with this weird Allsorts craving of mine. I'm not much of a candy eater and NEVER been a licorice fan. it's just the combination of soft chewiness, great flavors, coconuttiness, and, oh, the colors are fun, aren't they.I figure that if and when I splurge on these, I'm going to get the best. From all that I've tried, it's definitely these from Darrell Lea. (Now I will go see what else they offer!)

This candy is tasteless, stale, and as hard as a rock. Do not buy. They are non returnable. I see that other buyers say the same thing. Buyer beware. Amazon should reject vendors that sell inedible products.

These are the absolutely most delicious licorice on the planet!!!They even look super delicious!Very addicting!!!

These are my favorite! I love them. They feel hard in the bag but they are soft and delicious. It's not the traditional allsorts assortment but I love them anyway. They are hard to find at my local Tractor Supply store. These were a great deal for a pack of eight, especially since I didn't have to drive to all the different stores to find a bag and they are delivered right to my door in 1-2 days. Please read the description and look at the pictures before you order and then leave a negative review. You get what you see. You only get the square pieces. It's not the typical allsorts selection. I will be ordering more real soon. Eight bags won't last long around here...*Wink Wink*

The licorice was very hard but still within use by date.

These are very sweet, and don't have a lot of licorice flavor. On the bright side, they are all the sandwich-style pieces.

Was looking for a licorice or allsorts that is lower in sugar. Darrel Lea's product seems best in that area. However, this product - even though marked traditional flavor - has a stronger fruit flavor. Because of that, the licorice flavor is lost. Also, all pieces are same - most allsorts have a combination of types. Was fresh and shipping was good.

Arrived in a very reasonable period however, these candies were stale, hard as stone, all clumped and stuck together like a mass of bricks. I simply tossed the whole box of 8 bags in the dumper. Could not have been less satisfied, terrible. Note I received this in September 2022 note the best before date in photo is January 2013 9 plus years past pull is oh I don’t know… dangerous? Do not order anything for this source they should be put in irons.I love Darrell Lea products just not 10 year old ones 😉
