Sterling Silver "Until We Meet Again" Reversible Heart Pendant Necklace, 18"

Bought this after a loved one passed away. The first one I received had scratches on the front and back. I exchanged it for another one. After reading reviews of similar problems, I was hopeful that the next one would be fine. I just received it a couple of days ago, and it too has scratches on the front. The thing the necklace is on inside the box was upside down, and last time the chain was all knotted. The poor packaging was not a big deal, but the scratches are, and combining these two issues makes me think the company just doesn't care. Thinking I might return this one, and get something entirely different.

I purchased this dainty memorial necklace for my sister after the passing of her dear husband. I loved the simplicity of it as well as the touching sentiment expressed on the back. I did have to request a replacement because the first one had some scratches on it, but the second one was perfectly lovely. It touched my sister deeply when she received it, and many people have noticed it and commented on its simple beauty. As others have mentioned it is flatter than you might think from looking at the picture, but that was not a problem for me. I also must add that Amazon's customer service went above and beyond that which I've received before from ANY company. I was heartbroken when I received the first necklace with scratches on it. I needed a replacement immediately so I could take it to the memorial service. The exchange process was so simple, and Amazon somehow managed to get the new necklace to me just in time. I thank them so much for the extra effort they put into ensuring customer satisfaction!

This was a gift for a dear friend who has taken the loss of her mom very hard. It is well made, exactly as described and honestly, much nicer than I expected. It was the perfect gift, full of meaning and my friend cried at the sentiment. I would definitely buy other pieces of the same brand.

I had already purchased the "ring" which is identical, it is gorgeous. When I found the pendant I order without hesitation, it is (if possible) even more gorgeous! I have been wearing continuously for more then a month now, and I do mean continuously .. haven't taken it off. I highly recommend for yourself or as a gift, you will not be disappointed. I can't speak for the chain which seemed nice but I already owned an eighteen inch chain that I loved so I put the pendant on mine. My son received his "angel" wings a few years ago, I think of him a hundred times a day and each time I reach for the pendant ..

Exactly what I was expecting. I collect jelwery. I found this in a picture and thought itd be perfect for my best bro to give to his girlfriend. He thought the same. So I bought it on behalf of him.That being said I've encountered a lot of jewelry very expensive and economical alike. This has to be the best low cost piece I've bought yet. I would never let my best bro give his gf a junky piece. I am very comfertbal with this one. And know it'll be a hit.

Necklace is a very nice gift to give to someone grieving. It had a little scratch on it, which was disappointing.

I bought this for my daughter who lost her dad 2 years ago. She hasn't taken it off! It is good quality sterling with a nice chain. I bought the ring like it for myself previously. So glad someone has taken the time to create such touching pieces of jewelry. The inscription makes it that much more special. The only thing I was a little surprised about was that I thought it would be puffier, but it's more flat.
