Great platform ladder
The instructions could be slightly better but there are pictures, so if you take a moment it becomes obvious how to put it together.I haven't put it on its highest setting yet, I used it one rung below and it was solid. I didn't feel any wobble and was confident using a hedge cutter standing up. It is a bit tricky getting up that high without anyone holding it but that's for you to figure out lol.For my use it did the job great!

Very poor packaging! Expected more from Werner!
Bit disappointed with the inadequate packaging! The platform wood is damaged on both sides (can eventually replace it when it needs) and one of the ladder sections has got a dent in it! Still usable but still annoyed it didn’t arrive as it should have…….i would have returned out of principle but I need the ladders now! 😡

instructions not (quite) included
STOP PRESS: have now managed to install the struts but only after help from Werner UK and critically there was no diagram in the instructions of any close-up of each end of the struts or how to install them

Good product
Adaptable and stable. Could do with a guard rail but Werner don’t make one.

Good within it's limits, but it is very limited.
The stated Max working heights on stair modes are not just maximum but only, working height. It can't be used lower.It is far less flexible than I was expecting from a 5 in 1 ladder. Between the rung spacing and the supports it can literally just be used on my third step nothing else.Be warned that if it may be a tight squeeze on the width of your stairs it is in 905mm wide, more than stared in listing.The only plus point that it gets stars for is that set up correctly it is rock solid. I never felt there was any risk of it falling.

Great platform for small jobs
Needed whilst laying bricks for new garage. Stable when using supporting both me and bricks. Easy to assemble to ensure stability.
