Of course I love this book - - I was honored to have my recipe included in this terrific cookbook among all the professional chefs and the wonderful other Neiman Marcus entries!

I love the old cookbooks.....

Booked arrived with pages 300-359 torn out. The entire dessert section gone. This was not disclosed in the sale description. Buyer beware

I like the recipes I've tried, particularly "Copper Pennies Salad," and "Simply Sinful Casserole," but in general I don't think of it as a cookbook to consult when I'm looking for a particular type of recipe.
