CONTAINS INTESTINE-DISTURBING SUGAR ALCOHOL
These are sweetened with Splenda AND a sugar alcohol, which might positively impact your net carbs if you're counting those, but it negatively impacts your intestine, to mean, possible gas, diarrhea, and just plain old discomfort. The one advantage is, I'm never tempted to eat more than one, but I can't recommend these. I'm still looking for a good splenda-only candy alternative. I guess I should just learn to like fruit!
