Dentek Brushes work very well on my back teeth. I have tried other brands before discovering these brushes and am so glad I did. Having dental work, with a permanent bridge, it is not possible to use a regular thread floss so, having this brush helps tremendously. I can floss without getting the bristles stuck in my crowns. Using Dentek, paired with an Oral Irrigator, makes all the difference in the world when it comes to keeping my gums healthy. When brushing in between my teeth and around dental work I have had done, I don’t have to worry about the brush bending or breaking. None of the bristles have ever broken off in my mouth either or harmed my crowns and fillings. These are very sturdy, and strong and do a great job each time. Other brands compared to this one, have not been able to hold up as well, and I have always had to use several in one sitting because, of bending in half or simply falling apart. Dentek brushes are very easy to hold and getting a grip is not a problem with the design of the handle. I can floss in-between all my gums without any pain, getting a bristle stuck or not being able to get the brush through the teeth. Each brush is disposable which makes it very easy to keep several in purse so, that I can clean my teeth on the go. This makes it great if I get food stuck when I am out to lunch, I can simply use the restroom and not worry when I will get home. Each brush has a clear cover, this is great for sanitary reasons and they don’t come off easily when in my purse. It is very easy to use, just floss like you would using a tape floss then, after each section of your mouth simply run the brush under water to clean it. Then continue to the next section of your mouth. You can let the brush dry and use it again if you so choose. I personally only use one brush for each floss and then toss it in the waste basket. This is a great brush to floss with if you have dental work or do not like the tape floss. I would recommend this brush to others and there is a variety of other brushes in this line to choose from. I personally like this brush the best.

A few months ago, I started using the much more expensive ultra tight GUM proxabrush go-betweens. In comparison, these extra tight DenTek interdental cleaners are similar. They are smaller overall, but fit between my teeth just like the GUM ultra tight, and the DenTek brush end has more bristles than the GUM. I felt it cleaned a little better because of this. On the other hand, the DenTek metal bends easier than the GUM. I feel like the GUM bends too easily too, but these DenTeks bend just a little easier, which can be frustrating. They tend to bend every time I insert them between my upper back teeth, whereas with the GUM I can sometimes get away with no bends if I'm very careful. For the price, these are a no-brainer. I'm definitely never going to buy the GUM brand again, way too expensive when compared to this DenTek version.
