Esschert Design AGG50 Terrarium Bottle Planter with Tools-X Large, Green

I did order the large size terrarium jar but this is much larger than I thought, that is a good thing tho. It's beautiful and I cant wait to try to force some tiny plants down the neck of this beast. Even if it never works out as a terrarium (I might just layer colored sand in it) it is more and better than I could have hoped, beautiful strong glass and much lighter weight than it looks. I am very happy with this purchase.

I am familiar with the Esschert Terrariums as I have a couple already . This is not the quality of the ones I have . The glass is thick and arrived with a big crack in bottle . I made the mistake of emailing direct to this vendor that it arrived broken . Beware .. After going non stop through Amazon customer service and even speaking with a customer service representative from Unbeatable sales telling them in was broken in box . I sent a picture and in return they sent me a email with a RA # to send broken glass back to them at my expense and then they would refund . When I went to take bottle out of box and take pictures it just shattered . Very poor customer service . Do not recommend this Terrarium it is likely a copy and made very poorly .

This container is amazing I love the way it turned out the glass does have bubbles and imperfections but it is so cool gives it a vintage glass look. They aren't kidding about them being heavy especially when you get Rocks and soil in it. The tools it comes with are amazing and extremely useful as well.

I was really excited to get this but as soon as the postal delivery lady handed it to me I could hear broken glass moving around in the bottom of the box. The outside of the box was pristine. I opened it up to capture an image and it looked like broken wineglasses. The glass was incredibly thin so I am not surprised it shattered in transit between there and Alaska. Perhaps if it was packed better or even had a "fragile" sticker on it, it may have made it in one piece. I did receive it on time and just got a timely refund but I really wanted a terrarium.

Beautiful bottle. I really liked the tools that came with it. It helped when placing the plants in the bottle.I would suggest purchasing long aquarium tongs and curved tweezers.

The item arrived with bubbles and imperfections throughout. However, my husband had wanted a large terrarium like this for so long we decided we could live with those. We've spent 2 weeks gathering rocks and charcoal and dirt and plants to put in it and started the process of filling it tonight. We got a bag of aquarium gravel and used a funnel with a hose to place the gravel on the bottom. After the gravel sat in the bottom for a few minutes we heard a very loud snap sound and the bottom of the terrarium now has a large crack in it. I'm afraid if we move it now it will crack farther and the bottom will fall out and make a huge mess. This is not a cheap item so I am extremely disappointed that just some aquarium gravel would be enough weight to crack it.

I was very exited to find this product and am still looking for a positive result. There is great family memory's attached to this item, so I am still hoping to receive one that is intact for my granddaughter. We have sent two back and I tried to contact someone with no luck. Thought if I sent this someone may be able to help me with my dilemma.

Wenn man nach dem Bepflanzen noch was im Innern sehen möchte, dann sollte man auf keinen Fall diese teure Flasche kaufen, da das Glas so uneben ist, dass man NICHTS mehr erkennen kann!

Arrived packaged up well. The cork was missing, but I contacted the seller and it was delivered promptly. Can't wait to build a terrarium - the bottle looks fantastic!

Went to put in medium. Bottle shattered despite being on a towel on the table. Very disappointing.
