I had this made for my daughter, for her 18th birthday. It came out great!! Cute and small charm, light weight for her keys. I don’t like lots of key chains for her keys because it will be hard on her ignition, so it’s about perfect!! It’s the size of my husbands military dog tags, and light weight just like that! I uploaded a pic of the two of us, and had engraved on the back a short little love note from us to her!! It was exactly what I wanted, and inexpensive!! Made a sweet 18yr old girl very happy!! Kids need a reminder that they are loved and important, and I wanted her to have a constant reminder that we are praying for her and behind her all the time!! 😍 I’ll be ordering another for my next kids too!!

I purchased this for a neighbor/friend who recently lost her Silkie Terrier. Not being very computer savvy I found the ordering process to be very easy to send with many options in how you'd like the face &/or writing to appear! It came in a timely manner & was a BEAUTIFUL reminder of this precious pet (who, by the way, had adopted us as her second family so I ordered one for us, also)!Came in a box ready to be gifted & my friend was so appreciative & so very happy to have this incredible reminder of her/our incredible little Silkie !!!

I'm not sure of the product's durability, as it hasn't been used yet. There are a few tiny blemishes (more visible in person) and the photo is a bit hard to see (I edited the photo to make it as clear and contrasted as possible before submitting it), but overall it's a really nice little keychain for a good price. It's going to be a gift, so hopefully it's durable and holds up well.

I didn't like anything about the item. It is of poor quality. As you can see from picture on rt side it is already chipped. I contacted the seller asking if they coat the product to protect and they don't. He suggested cleaning it with toothpaste well its not dirty its chipped due to poor quality. I would not recommend anyone buying item like this from this seller.

This is a really special key chain. I got one for my dad as a gift for my wedding. It was super easy to design and came out exactly as I had designed it. One note is to make sure your picture has a good amount of contrast so that the lines are clear. Mine was a little lighter than I'd like and if I had known, I would have done more editing to the photo before submitting. I had to hold it in really good lighting to get this picture of it. I included the photo I submitted and the one I should have done with darker contrast. I also only did 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have liked more options for font. Still came out good! He's gonna cry like a baby.

I was supposed to receive it by December 16th... it’s December 23 and I still haven’t got it yet... I can’t give any stars yet...Update:I just got it last night and it was more than what I expected. The minute I saw it I was astonished by how perfect it is. I am super happy with my purchase, thank you for doing such a great job!

Arrived on time. Came in a nice little box and packaged well. I gave this to my father as his birthday gift this year. (He loves being a grandfather ) He absolutely loved this gift and I did too. Well made and love the fact that it isn't just a photocopy of a sticker and slapped on a keychain. Thank you very much for such a sweet personalized gift.:)

Wasn't too sure about this product because of the price and the timeframes that it came because it was fast. When it came though extremely impressed. It comes as black and white photo not color as when you are setting it up so the preview may be deceiving. But it's still perfect. What I expected for a non color photo.
