### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works even when upgrading your old router, however...

... Make sure you call Vonage support, or chat with a support representative telling them that you would like your new Vonage box provisioned. Mine wouldn't activate when trying to do the self install/move line steps online. I chatted with a representative, and gave them my MAC address on the label on the device. After confirming activation, I plugged an ethernet cable from back blue port on the Vonage box, into my router. Plugged the power, and the phone. Worked after about 5 minutes. No problems.
