Nice and useful to roll buns

I was looking for this tool in India and I couldn’t find it . Got this from US and shipped to India by the seller . Even though delivery time was mentioned 4 weeks I got the product in little over 2 weeks time and oh great shape. Highly recommended and smellier is also great.

I had to sand this tool down because it was sent out rough. I was afraid I’d get splinters in my food or in my hands. Other than that it seems sturdy when using it.

It was very easy to use to roll out dough. Great for making smaller dough items

Besser kann man Hefeteig nicht bearbeiten. Ein Nudelholz fürs Schubfach.

I bought this as a replacement as I gave mine away to someone who was leaving the country. I mainly use for tamping down nut and crumb-type pastry crusts before blind baking.Do not use this or any roller for pizza crusts. It will flatten and most likely break the air bubbles and keep it from rising properly. Pizza crust should always be manually stretched. You do NOT have to twirl it--that's mainly done for show.
