These work. I like these compared to laxatives because they don't give you diarrhea or make you feel sick. They also don't seem to work right away, at least for me. But when I take them I usually take them as directed and or take 3 to begin with, and a HUGE glass of water. Maybe I'll take 3 the next morning as well. What will happen is your bowls will slowly and what feels natural, will start to clean out over the next few days. It really is a great feeling
