Softovac is very effective in constipation.. taste is not good but too much effective so it's worth..

This is for people with extreme constipation , each serving has only half portion of the Psyllium husk. Normally for mild constipation this is a overkill and can lead to loose motion. Prefer pure Psyllium husk for regular use and use this for extreme constipation only
