Tier 1 Plus Preworkout / Performance Supplement (387g)

This preworkout is very powerlifter-friendly. Previous preworkouts would wear off after about an hour and I would crash in the middle of my training session. Especially when I'm accumulating volume during a training cycle, squat and deadlift days take forever (warmups, 5+ sets main working sets, 4-6 minutes of rest between sets, accessories). This product keeps you going without the mid-workout crash.The product tastes great, but I've never complained about taste. I've read reviews from people complaining about the taste, but why would you ever buy a preworkout for the taste? I guess it's nice to have a great-tasting product, but I think people need to see past that and realize that this is a high-quality supplement. Tier 1 could taste like horse manure and I'd still support the product and company as long its giving results.Overall: Great product--no proprietary blends, simple, and to the point; the integrity of this company cannot be questioned. Even came with a free shaker bottle and a hand-written note from Madison... I don't think any other supplement company does this to the extent that Citadel Nutrition does. My only complaint is that these guys do not have a protein supplement in the market.

I've been buying this product consistently now for two years. Two things I love about this product:1) It's affordable to college students. Most fitness product companies don't seem to get this for some reason. A large majority of your client base is college student/ low income individuals. WHY would you sell supplements that are a third of my paycheck? Hell no. A lot of supplements are $40+ and it's a pain in the butt to see a lot of your paycheck be thrown to the wind on a just a brand name. Not with Tier 1. They get it. They know college students. Their supplements are super cheap, which is literally a miracle in the industry. They know times are tough and have kept the price low for years and it's very honorable. As long as the price is low, I'll remain a faithful customer :)2) It's a clean product that doesn't have extra chemicals in it. With other preworkouts, you feel a surge of energy, and then a crash, and then itchy all over, etc. This is just a simple and smooth acceleration of energy and it's wonderful.The ONLY thing I desire to see expanded upon are the flavors! Believe me, this product is legit but having the same flavor every day for two years is starting to wear on me. haha. Other fruit flavors would be awesome! Maybe watermelon or banana or something to change it up. Give the taste buds a little break after long periods of use.I also appreciate that with each purchase there's a little goodie gift and a thank you letter, for us consistent purhasers personalized, with every order. That is true customer service and goes above and beyond expectation. It'd be honor to meet you guys someday because you've brought a lot of joy in each package I see at my doorstep and saved me a lot of money on my fitness journey.Lost 85+ pounds now in a period of a little over two years! I have been taking Tier1+ for over 5 years. As an athlete and fitness enthusiast, the clean ingredient profile and the effects are second to none. I have taken literally every preworkout in the game: some with clean ingredients and some with an overload of caffeine and nasty artificial ingredients. Tier1+ is the only one that provides clean energy, adequate creatine, good flavor, and for a fantastic price. I will recommend this to everyone. If you are sensitive to caffeine I recommend the regular Tier1. The flavor is like minute maid lemonade. I promise you will not be disappointed.Furthermore, I recently had an issue with shipping one of my products and figured I would reach out to customer service. They sent me a thoughtful email, an extra tub of preworkout, a cup, and a t-shirt. Now THAT is customer service. Oh - and It arrived in only 3 days.I cannot recommend this company and its products enough.GET SOME.

This still is very clean and basic!! Nice to know what's in it and not having any hidden proprietary blends. I would like to see this have maybe some L-Arginine included to give me a bit more pump? I got the buzz form caffeine and Beta Alanine but would like to have a pump as well after my work out which this doesn't deliver.Other than that, I will still be using this because it does get the focus I need while at the gym, which is why we use them to begin with!
