My first Toob purchase and totally impressed by the quality of these figures for the price. I'm a skirmish super cheap gamer playing some solo pulp era(1900-1940) games byased on Doyle's The Lost World book and the 1999-2002 tv series. (Look up the dvds. It's well worth it) These figures will be awesome for some Lost Worlds Pulp Era action and look forward to acquiring more Toob sets. Game on. Also. Osprey bluebooks are great and affordable for cheap gamers. Game on!

My son is all about any figurine to use for his imaginative play. These are a great price for the excellent quality that they are. The detail and colors are great. He plays with these hours.

Needed Zeus for a school project and this worked out great. It was just the right size. Color and detail were good.

We have collected many of these Safari Toobs and, unfortunately, this is by far the worst set. The figures look ok but the quality of the plastic is inferior to the other sets we have. We bought the backyard birds and cryptozoology sets at the same time and these felt like cheap dollar store generics compared to the others. At first I thought I had been sent an imitation set until I noticed most of the figures had the Safari logo printed on them. I'm not sure if this problem is unique to this set (it's really the first time I've had a complaint of this sort) or if Safari has changed its manufacturing process (I hope not). Regardless, we are disappointed with the overall quality of this set.

This is a good way to find out if a child is really into Mythical items without investing a lot for each figurine, and I am glad I did. He wasn't that interested. I think he is still too young. Each item is well detailed and different types are represented in the toob. I was really surprised at the details of each. I believe he might be more interested as he ages. This is a good toy for a child's imagination.

My four year old son and six year old daughter giggled with delight! They love the Percy Jackson movies and this is exactly what they wanted to have their own mythical adventures. Every kid loves dragons and mermaids but how many four year olds can cheerfully declare, "I am a Phoenix -- watch me rise from the ashes!"

Excellent, my daughter has lots of fun playing with these toys. She loves small world and imaginary play and is a big fan of mythology stories, so these are perfect for her. The amount of detail on the toys is surprising for their size, they really are good quality, will last a long time and provide a lot of play.
