I found these after my third baby was born (she is 3 months now) and they have helped with my pelvic floor. They are very durable and made of good quality. I feel the cost is worth it as well! Super easy to clean as well being made of silicone.

I would highly advise going to a pelvic PT first to make sure you actually need to strengthen your PF, but after you know that and you are completing kegels correctly—these are the best next step. Super comfortable and easy to follow steps. I did the exercises for two weeks and my husband and I noticed a big difference! After several birth tears, I wondered if surgery was my only option to come back to myself 13 mo PP. Nope! These bad boys are IT!

These work well for exercising your pelvic floor. They were recommended by my PT. I gave them 4 stars because they are stored in a bag, would be better stored separately on a contoured box.

I like the softness of the product itself and ease of use. I hope it holds up to time.Basically it came in a box no instructions at all.Reading other reviews someone said go on social media. But I am a great deal older and I do not do that stuff. Had Hysterectomy. Sorry.And I have a problem (no one to ask) when ever a petal is removed urine comes out.I am on my four day the lightest pink. But I have used them 20 minutes. Around the house only. Why is this happening. What a mess!I haven’t even practiced any breathing or kegel exercises with it. Please help!!

I have the what I guess they are calling the old package. I have no complaints about the product except one thing. Since I been a supporter, I would like to have access to the ebook and magazine. In love the case the pearls sit in, the silicone covers over the weights. They actually work very well, I have moved up to the second lighter weight. They are easy to clean and you don’t have to worry about getting stuck because it has a silicone tail to easily pull out. Now I always wondered if I was putting them in correctly, so I would please ask the developers can I have access to the books that now comes with your new package. TMI-so if you don’t want to know stop reading now. I don’t know if this issue is from the pearls, but now I am always wet, I believe I am starting menopause because I haven’t had a cycle since March 2024, but from my understanding this will make you less wet. My husband doesn’t complain he loves it. It’s to the point I bought pantyliner’s. Also, I was told 12 months no cycle is menopause. Now I have a grandson, we decided no more children.

Zero respect or privacy. I do not recommend. You do not need personal information to forward an ebook that is marketed as included. Not cool.
