It's not super hot or spicy, but I was looking for a really mild one, like one step up from the yellow. I had a nice sweet mild one before and am trying to find another since it's no longer available. I'll use it for my hubby or in marinades so it won't go to waste.

So savory and sweet! A great condiment for sausages, sandwiches and using as an ingredient for marinating chicken.

This relish is delicious.
