This is an excellent stand. I have an older iPad3, and it is in an otterbox case which is a thick, heavy case. My iPad still fits in this stand, and the stand is sturdy enough to handle the extra weight of an iPad in such a case.It doesn't fold or tilt, but I was not looking for those features. I'm very happy with this stand!UPDATE 2020: Four years later, I'm still using this stand. I now have a new iPad, and I'm no longer using a bulky Otterbox case. Even with the slimmer case, I like this stand and use it everyday. One note: the home button is partially blocked by the stand, which means I must open it with my fingerprint before putting it in the stand. I can still access the home button - just not enough for the fingerprint option.

I bought this to use while reading my Kindle at the table, while using my Samsung tablet for recipes while cooking or just when browsing the internet. After months of steady use, I bought one for my son and my mother, who loves it also! It's a simple design, very functional, and takes up litte space. I just bought 2 more - one for the mail and another to give to my other son - these are great!

Bigger than i expected and is very high quality. Will last a lifetime. Just wish it allowed a little leverage for my tablet. It blocks my fingers from using certain features when watching a movie i am forced to shift it from side to side.

Sturdy design, looks great and it will work with several different tablet designs. My daughter uses it for her iPad while I use it for my Kindle.

I am using the pose 2 stand for an IPad Pro 12.9 inch screen. I like it a lot. Since I am writing a book, it holds the device at an angle that is comfortable and I don’t crane my neck or strain my eyes. I discovered an added bonus. It mounts on the top of the steering wheel and will hold it this big IPad in place while I am parked and writing. I am very happy with it!

Needed a tablet stand that could hold our iPads inside their Gumdrop cases. Other reviews indicated this would work and it does. Fits perfectly, nice and sturdy construction. I expect they will last a long time. Very satisfied with this purchase,
