I was using old sheets to cover my container tomatoes because of the horrendous temperatures in Iowa--95-100! The cover is so easy to use, plus the plants still get some sun. I also covered my tomatoes 2 nights ago as we had severe weather and hail. It kept them from being damaged--couldn't be happier with it.

Here in Portland, Oregon (as in other places in the USA) we are experiencing terrible summer heat due to climate change. Our plants are just not used to these temperatures. I have purchased a number of these tarp like covers to protect a variety of my plants. My Hydrangeas and Azaleas get so damaged from the afternoon sun. As well, my raised beds suffer despite all attempts to keep them watered. These great covers shield the plants from most of the damaging sun and allow good air flow as not to smother them. I'm not willing to convert to a desert landscape.....yet! These are a god send.

Bought to protect my raised bed garden from the blazing sun. So far has worked nicely. Hoping it holds up to the elements.

I use this to shade my grape vine and it is shredded to pieces from the wind. Unfortunately I am a very dissatisfied customer.

Great solution for shading the deck on my boat, helps reduce power required to keep the interior cool. You can immediately feel the temperature difference on the gel-coat, uncovered deck is hot to the touch, covered is noticeably cooler. My A/C doesn't run constantly anymore thanks to this great shade!

Before I purchase this my orchids were dying because of the sheer SUN damage with this tarp play all bounce back to beautiful green color and have produce new leaves thank God for this product

The item was only 6.5 x 8 feet even though the package and the product listing clearly stated that it was 6.5 x 10 feet.Too small for a 10 foot garden bed.What's two feet difference in size? The difference between it being as advertised and the difference of it working or not working for the specific application.
