Team Magnus Beach Towel – Hooded Towel for Kids 4'-5'6"

Very soft and give room to grow. The outside of the towel is very soft and absorbent but it could stand to be just a bit thicker overall. My kids like that they can change under them.

Real cotton terry cloth, very soft, very absorbent, used for bathing and changing clothes when going surfing and playing at the beach, my son likes it very much, but would like to make the opening a little bigger. If there are other sizes, I would give all five stars.

As a reference, my daughter is 10 years old and is 4 feet 6 inches tall. The robe comes down to just above her ankles.She really wanted a pink color but the pink one was not going to get delivered for another 3 weeks so we got the light blue color instead because she didn't want to wait :)WHAT I LIKE:[+] It's 100% cotton so it's soft to your skin and feels very comfortable[+] It's terry cloth, like your bath towel but it's not heavy so it's light to wear and quick to dry under the sun[+] It has a hoodie to keep your head warm, if needed[+] Very nice and rich colors, both front and back[+] It comes in a mesh string bag and my daughter can carry this along with her beach towelWHAT I DON'T LIKE:[-] Absolutely nothing!THE BOTTOM LINE:5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend this to any children who wants to stay warm after coming out of the pool, especially if you are resting in a shade or windy area. She's a huge harry potter fan so she even loves this robe more because it feels like the magician robe but more than anything, she likes it because it's very light weight yet keep her warm by blocking the wind. She just wishes that the pink color was available sooner.We still bring a separate beach towel so she can use it to first dry off excessive water off her bathing suit or in case she wants to use the beach towel to lay on the grass. ordered this for my son after the beach and poolhe’s almost 8 n tall for his agethis towel is perfect, super soft and absorbinghe loves the pocket on the frontand it makes it super easy for him to change out of a wet bathing suit into something drier when leaving the beach or pool while still keeping everything private .will definitely be ordering for my girls once they are older .the only draw back i see is there is no options to make this wider( no snaps buttons etc) so although mh son is pretty slender i’m not sure if you typically buy husky clothes maybe size up

Bought two of the pink ones and one of them looked faded and almost dingy. At first I thought that maybe it was a returned product but if you look at the hood, the hood is not faded. I think it was just defective.

I didn’t pay close attention to the pictures when I purchased it because I was so glad to find a Terry beach towel material swim coverup for Big Kids (NOT Toddler size!). We got the pink and I have a very tall 9.5 year old and she will be able to wear this for awhile. It measures 25-26” across so a full 50” around the chest and 37” from shoulder hem to bottom hem which is really generous. The hood is a decent size to accommodate many head sizes at 13.5” tall opening. This is a nice weight beach towel Terry cloth material that is thick enough to be warm and absorbent but not so thick that it will be heavy and weigh a person down once it gets wet. It is the kind that feels a bit velour like on the outside and has the cotton loops in the inside. I purchased this for after getting out of the pool and really wish it wasn’t a devil fish and team magnus logos so large. I’m keeping it because there isn’t much out there in this size range.

Presta useful for cold season

Was afraid these would be cheap, but no, very nice hooded towel. Very sturdy appears that it will hold up well.

I ordered 2 of these, in the 2 different colours, to take on holiday in October. Great fit on a 12 and 13 year old, length goes to the knee or just below and the great big hood is baggy and really comfy. They wore them to and from the pool every day, so they obviously look ok too on image conscious teens! One of them has a pocket that is stitched higher than the other - we're thinking maybe to be comfier for smaller hands, and safer for any bits of beach or pool treasure!They're lovely thick cotton, good quality (much better than similar products I have seen in shops) and have washed really well.

I was looking for a long big fitted towel to put on quickly after swimming lesson to get my child home as due to Covid can’t use changing rooms at min - this towel is fantastic and ticked all the boxes

Thos is apparently suitable for children (or small aadults) up to 5'6". Well that may be the case in terms of height, but unless they have a tiny Head, they won't be wearing this any time soon. We can't even pull it over our 5 year old's head rendering it just an overpriced towel! We have contacted the seller with our feedback, although I would have hoped that as part of the design or manufacturing process they would have tried it over real heads!

Ordered this for my 12 year old as he had outgrown his old one. I was a bit concerned about whether or not this would fit him. He’s average build and height for his age and this is perfect. It comes down to his knees and is plenty roomy for him to have his arms inside the robe and get changed. We use these type of robe mostly for warmth and comfort at the beach, after a day swimming or boarding and it really does the job perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase.

Or first set we ordered went missing, this was no fault of Team Magnus. After we informed them that they had not turned up. They sent another set today, they are fantastic towel robes and are great for our boys getting charged. Very good company would definitely do business again.
