We had a mermaid theme and everything that was included worked perfectly! The plates were not super flimsy like other birthday kits I've purchased before and held up against kids. The headband was cute, but the band isn't super strong so I wouldn't expect it to last.Something that surprised me was how thick and sturdy the goody bags were! They were excellent. Pom poms were okay, but kinda small. I just sat them on the tables but if you expect big ones you will be disappointed.Overall, I would recommend the mermaid birthday kit.

Great purchase however beware the Pom poms don’t come put together. If you’re short on time, you won’t have the patience to put them together if you’re not the craftiest, ha!

I do think this set is a great value for what you get, but I didn't need half of the items so I can't attest to how those items worked. The big flower things just weren't going to happen.

Used for daughters birthday these were great. Only issue was with the tissue paper puffs which were a bit delicate and sort of took some time to ready.

I ordered this for my daughter's 5th birthday party, and it was perfect!! The set included everything I would want and more. The quality was very sturdy, great size, nothing broke, vibrant colors, etc.
