Beautifully designed and well constructed product, prongs are sturdy and sharp, the weight is indicative of good construction as well it not oppressive, handle is comfortable...would wholeheartedly recommend for regular use.

WOW, this is such a pleasing item to look at, to touch, to feel...... i almost feel bad leaving this review :( the handle end.... sturdy and robust, exactly what you want in a meat fork. comfy tactile grip, all round a great fork. on the other end..... being a chef, the first thig i do with a new fork is ding it on a bench and hold it up to my ear like a tuning fork, if you're a chef....... you will know. it sounded great by the way. in the stabbing meat department, it's actually great, excellent, in fact..... but herein lies the only problem for me. it's too sharp, too pointy. pointy to the point that the pointy ends of the fork are almost needle like, and bend to whichever force demands it. the initial ding on the bench bent the tip of the fork to an unfortunate angle. and i agree, it was easy to bend back, but i don't really want a meat fork made of play dough :( that being said, for household use, this fork is absolutely beautiful, and as long as you treat it with respect, i imaging that you will have many many years of pleasure with it.

Excellent for holding the joint of meat steady and the non slip handle makes it perfect for carving. I love it.

Die Verarbeitung ist gut. Sie macht ihren Dienst wie sie soll. Liegt gut in der Hand. Ist vom Gewicht her angenehm. Nicht zu schwer und nicht zu leicht. Lässt sich gut sauber halten, per Handwäsche als auch in der Spülmaschine. Auf die Verletzungsgefahr sollte geachtet werden, denn die Zinken sind sehr spitz (wie es für eine Fleischgabel sein sollte). Ich bin damit zufrieden und der Beschenkte auch.

少し長めになりますがしっかりしています。セットのナイフの取り扱いが今回なくて残念でしたがバーベキューのサーブに活躍してくれそうです。
