I also own the little Kent 83T and the folding 87T, but wanted a larger beard comb for home use as it feels better in hand. Will still use the others on the go or travelling however, they work fine and are the same quality. The polished teeth glide effortlessly through your hair without snagging or pulling, and the "Tokyo White" pattern is really attractive and high end looking, as are their other ones (my 83T is tortoiseshell). I see a lot of other brands that look like direct copies of Kent designs, of questionable provenance and at the same price (!), but I will only go with the British handmade original. If you use an ordinary black plastic comb as I did for decades, give this a try instead. It isn't crazy expensive. I guarantee you will feel and see the difference. No sharp corners, mold lines, or rough surface. Good for head hair, mustache, or beard. If you're going to use something everyday, it's great to use something nice.

Very nice, high quality, and smooth. No sharp manufacturing edges. Small enough to be on-the-go. Strong enough to feel like it's not going to randomly break. Perfect little comb. High value.

way way nicer than I was expecting, definitely worth the money. I was looking for a small pocket-sized comb to put in my bag so I could fix my hair at work and settled on this one after reading reviews and having many other very cheap plastic combs break on me. it feels very solid and nice to use, and is actually the size it says it is (quite small, perfect to fit in my bag). I have no idea how it holds up longterm, but out of the package it is quite nice and I am pleased with my purchase. definitely would recommend if you have 10 bucks to spend on a comb.

've been growing and maintaining my beard for a few years now, and this beard comb is by far one of the best grooming tools I’ve added to my kit. The craftsmanship is excellent – smooth edges, sturdy build, and no snags or pulls. It glides through my beard effortlessly, detangling without breakage and evenly distributing oils and balm. These are great. Mine went through the wash and the teeth got a little bent, I ran it under hot water from the sink and used it a few times and it straightened back out. The quality of these feels premium and the teeth are not too sharp. I use mine for my beard and it works incredibly well without getting stuck or breaking or bending. Lightweight and easy to toss in my pocket and take with me everywhere. I will never buy another comb unless it’s these ones.

I've been getting tired of the cheapo combs sold at WalMart, Walgreens, etc., so I started perusing combs on Amazon by rating. Of course, the Kents popped up to the top quickly. I'd never heard of them, but after reading a couple of dozen glowing reviews, I purchased three of these - one for my pocket, one for the bath, and one for reserve. If there is a pocket comb 'archetype', the Kent 113 is it. This thing oozes quality construction. It's a smidge on the thick side, but the teeth taper uniformly to a comfortable width. Combing my (thinning) hair is actually a treat, since there's no scraping, dragging, or snagging when using it. It really does comb well. And it fits _perfectly_ inside my wallet. (My wife says using it reminds her of the zipper on her Coach purse, it's so smooth.) Since the 113 is a bit short, I may try the Kent 143 for the bath and keep the 113s for pocket use. I don't know how long they'll last in my pocket (Those cheap Ace combs are usually good for about a month before I start losing teeth), but if I break one of the Kents, I'm enough of a fan now to replace it immediately. (I expect it will be years before I see a broken tooth on my Kent 113.) Highly recommended. Update: 9/26/2016: It's been over 2-1/2 years since I first purchased these combs. Since then, I've been carrying the same comb in my pocket and have not lost a single tooth out of that comb. This comb has actually more than paid for itself, because I would have replaced half dozen or more WalMart specials in the same time period. IMLTHO: These are the best combs available, bar none. Update: 6/30/2018: It's now 4-1/2 years and the same original comb has yet to lose a single tooth after being carried in my wallet every day and used multiple times per week. Doesn't get more awesomer than that...

A simple but well-made small pocket comb: none of the ragged teeth and seams which are usual with cheaper combs. Neat design easily fits a hip or breast pocket and the resin from which the comb is made seems very strong and has a pleasing sheen. It is only a comb - though might as well have a decently-made one and this fits the bill. Kent are known for the quality of their products, so this was also value for money.

Excellent quality, feel just right in your hand… A little small for my hand though, but will definitely buy a bigger one…. A 5-stars product.
