As I'm getting older, my fine straight hair is getting more dry. But my hair will lay flat if I use too much conditioner. it's a balancing act. This product does the trick for me. I shampoo and condition, then put just 1 squirt (about pearl size) in the palm of my hand, rub together and then into my hair. I then add a little mouse for volume. It isn't greasy and doesn't lay my hair down. It makes my hair shiny, soft and reduces any chance of static. It's just the right amount of conditioning without overdoing it. I LOVE this product for my fine hair.

I have extremely thick, frizzy/curly hair. I've tried everything to smooth and partially straighten it, including expensive salon keratin treatments. I now use this--on DRY hair--along with the Peter Coppola "Shine" product. I mix the two, put them on my dry hair and thoroughly comb/brush through. Then I set my hair in extra large hot rollers. This product works fantastic in that capacity! It also works well when mixed with the "Shine" product on damp curly hair if you let the hair dry naturally. The curls will be smooth and nicely separated.
