Too powerful for me
The enzymes each pill are varied, but overall weaker than other types of enzyme pills that I've tried on foods. This is both good and bad in some ways. Good in that there probably aren't going to be as much complications with the enzymes, but also bad in that it is not as powerful as some other types of enzymes that I've tried.The big issue I have though is with some of the herbs that are also contained in each pill. I don't know which one it is, but one or maybe more than one of them caused some intestinal cramping/pain after taking it for several days. Maybe senne leaf? I think my energy levels also went down a little bit.... maybe this is due to either side effects and/or detoxification.
