Q: Are these able to work with motorcycles?

i would not use these for a motorcycle, but the company has a marine speakers that would that could handle adverse weather conditions, i put a total of eight different size speakers in my car and the sound is well you would have to hear it for yourself, look at the marine speakers though

Q: Will this fit into a 2011 Challenger front door

If you google it you can find out. Normally on Crutchfield you can find adapter brackets for the aftermarket speakers. I have 2013 Traverse & i install some PRV's 6.5 inches & i had to buy me the brackets.

Q: What amp should i use on 6 of these speakers?

I have 8 of them on a taramp 3k smart amp. Seems to work fine.
