Wish I'd taken a before picture but my teeth are already much whiter and my gums are bleeding less and it's only been a week. Heck, my teeth were whiter after just the first brushing - I was gobsmacked in the best way! And yes I bought it with my own money this is not a review of free product lol. I can totally believe my gums will no longer bleed at all after a full month. You know that yellow gunk that's really hard to get off your teeth closer to your gum line, especially on your lower teeth and canine teeth (especially for us coffee & tea drinkers)? That's the stuff faded after the VERY FIRST BRUSHING for me, and a week later my teeth are so much whiter already, and even my daughter noticed. Brushing with a medium toothbrush (soft ones never ever get my mouth feeling clean) is what I've been doing. The first couple of nights after I rinsed, I noticed little pieces of gunk being rinsed off my teeth, like flakes or grit. I know this sounds gross as all get out (and yeah, it was) but I'm pretty sure that was built up plaque that hadn't been coming off with my regular toothpaste, or maybe tartar - had the same consistency as the gunk they scrape off during dental cleanings. Yeah this stuff is fairly pricey but man is it working well. Full disclosure I had some trauma and wasn't taking care of myself as well as I should but with healing comes renewed motivation to get my life back on track, so my results might be a bit more dramatic than most folks would have, but honestly the difference in just the first week is amazeballs!! I can literally hear my toothbrush squeaking against my teeth now they're so clean with this stuff - that same toothbrush was NOT doing that with regular toothpaste no matter how many times I brushed. (I use the Colgate 360 Whole Mouth Clean , Medium Toothbrush for Adults if anyone's wondering). I got two of these tubes of toothpaste gel - both the peppermint and mild peppermint. Neither one of them are too intense tasting, but the mild is really mild and is totally clear, while the peppermint has a blue tint to the gel and a bit more flavoring. Going forward I'll probably stick to the mild one - it cleans just as well and I prefer the milder flavor. It's a really smooth gel but a little goes a long way - you really do need only a pea size amount, so even though it's pricey, it will last a good while. I truly cannot recommend this stuff enough - I feel like it's almost as good as a cleaning appointment but without actually going to the dentist. (I know it's not really but my teeth feel just as clean after using this stuff it's freaking brilliant!)

I’m reading these negative reviews & I simply don’t understand… I’ve only used this for only 3 days & I notice a difference in a few things… 1.) my teeth feel cleaners after brushing than they have with any other toothpaste I’ve tried. 2.) my teeth stay cleaner - I brushed them 12 hours ago & they dont feel “fuzzy” like they usually do by night time before my last brush of the day. 3.) I already have a noticeable improvement in plaque, especially behind my bottom front 2 teeth. I know the gum sensitivity improvement will take longer to notice, but so far… I’m thrilled. I’ll admit… the texture is so different than what most toothpastes feel like, so I didn’t feel like it was going to work.. but it has & better than the abrasive toothpastes. It would be too soon to see a difference or not, as far as whitening, so I’ll update later on for that side of things. But my entire mouth just feels way cleaner throughout the day. My mouth is also less dry. 10/20

This isn't perfect, nor absolutely amazing like they portray. It does help, though! I get a lot of plaque, and this does seem to reduce it. I still get a lot on the back sides of my lower teeth. In the front, I now rarely get much buildup between dental cleanings. When I do, it's easy to use a scraper myself to remove the visible plaque. (Warning: be careful when using a scraper, but they can help!). It's expensive, and doesn't have fluoride. As someone else recommended for that reason, I do alternate it with a fluoride toothpaste. I use this one at night and the fluoride one during the day. It's not completely non-foaming. There is a little foam produced, but not much at all. The flavor is pleasant. Glad I found it.

I bought this toothpaste because I have braces, and food gets stuck easily. I was worried about getting cavities during treatment, but this paste has made a huge difference. My teeth look so much cleaner—no stains—and my gums are healthier than ever.I used to struggle with gum bleeding, but after going through two tubes, I haven’t had any issues. I also have a crown and have dealt with receding gums, and now they look pink and healthy again.The tube is smaller than I expected, but it actually lasts a good amount of time. Totally worth the money!

3/5 stars – Not bad, but some drawbacksI tried this toothpaste hoping for premium results, but it’s a bit of a mixed bag. The gel has a very thin, almost watery consistency, which actually makes it hard to keep on the toothbrush—it tends to slide off. It does foam a bit while brushing, which is nice, and the flavor is mild—not overpowering or artificial, which I appreciated.However, it’s quite expensive for the small amount you get, and to make matters worse, the package arrived crushed, which was disappointing. As for the actual results, I’ll need more time to see a noticeable difference in whitening or oral health benefits.Overall, it’s not a bad product, but the texture, packaging, and price make it hard to fully recommend right now.

So I was definitely skeptical but after using this for a couple of months I started to see a huge improvement in the overall condition of my teeth. I’ve used Sensodyne for years as I have sensitive teeth but decided to give this a try. The tube lasted me almost 3 months and I used a generous amount each day. On my second tube now and my teeth are visibly whiter, my gums have stopped bleeding and after brushing, my teeth feel genuinely clean, like having just gotten them cleaned. My teeth are also no longer sensitive at all. Cold drinks, ice cream, no problem. Give it a try but be patient, you will see a difference.
