I have cramping fingers if I hold a thin pencil or pen and these finger grips are comfortable to use and help put fingers where they belong. Can be used for right or left handed people. This is my second time of ordering these and will reorder again in the future if they are still around

As a university student i hand-write quite a lot. Sometimes I end up writing seven pages in just 45 minutes. During the past years I have developed a very intense pain on my hand when writing. I tried everything, changing my hand position when typing, changing of pencils, I even tried to type with my other hand (which I most recognize was a total failure). I also recall buying pencils worth $6.00 each that claimed a fast and smooth writing. However reality was that nothing worked until I tried this Grips. The price might sound a bit high at first, however it is worth it. My experience with them is great. Feel: The grips have a very soft and smooth feel. They are made of a nice polymer that feels like gel, yet they are very resistant. Precisely that feel will help you reduce a lot the pressure you make to the pencil and I'm sure that contributes to reducing the pain in your hands. Speed: Comparing how I write with this grips and the speed I had before I can tel i type like two times faster than before and without pain. Position: This grips comes with the correct position to hold your pencil. Hence without even noticing you are holding your pencil with a correct position, another factor that will contribute to your overall performance when typing. Resistance: As I mentioned this grips are very resistant. I still don't see a scratch on them. Even if I always use the same pencil the grip looks just as new. Overall: I love this grips. They reduced the pain I had when typing by a very considerable amount. They made me type faster and better. I definitively recommend this product to anyone with any condition in their hands and to anyone who is looking to improve the position in which they hold the pencil or pen. Note: It works perfectly on my mechanical pencil, my pens, and even my common #2 pencils.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My 5-year-old has really struggled with holding her pencil correctly, and we've tried other grips in the past that she absolutely refused to use—so they didn’t help at all. These grips, however, have been a game-changer. She actually likes using them and says they’re comfortable and easy to hold. They’ve made a big difference in her finger placement, and I’ve already noticed her holding her pencil correctly even when not using the grip. Although I didn't think these were going to fit on primary pencils, with a little work, they DO! My 4 year old granddaughter is already attuned to look for the L, since she is left handed, in order to hold her pencil correctly. It's made a huge difference in her pencil grip. The soft thickness means it's comfortable for her tiny fingers and fits her hand perfectly. It's easy to use and because it's so flexible, I don't expect it to break.

Quality product but I wouldn’t buy them in retrospect. It’s a useless product. It didn’t help my kids. Their fingers are too small and this product is too big. Manes writing more difficult

I’m an occupational therapist and this is one of my favourite pencil grips. Most kids I work with like these because they are soft to use and they love the bright colours. The range of colours is excellent in the pack and there’s at least one colour to satisfies each child. These also have enough stretch in them to fit a regular size pencil but also over a larger kindergarten sized pencil. The design of this grip enables correct placement of the index and middle fingers and thumb. The thumb position is marked for a left or right handed. The size of this grip works well for children who like to thumb wrap. It makes is harder to do that and keeps the fingers in a more mature position.

These silicone grips are squishy, comfortable, and fits sizes anywhere from a thin Parker Jotter all the way to a Retro 51 Tornado! Marketed for kids but an ergonomic grip is important at any age and so few writing instruments offer it. They do look a bit tacky but you won't care after writing for an hour! Make sure you use the "R" and "L" marked on them to guide where your thumb is going to be instead of how it looks like you should grip it! The colours I got in the metallic set were red, green, yellow, pink, blue, and silver.

The Pencil Grippers are great. Very comfortable for my kid to write with the gripper. I liked them a lot
