Stanley Quick Square

I love this square, bought one decades back at box store, and have not been able to find this exact one since no where, and i am happy i found it on Amazon, great price, came just as order, no problems with it, works great, love it, i would recommend this square to anyone that use a square for anything. the vendor was awesome too, delivered it fast. thanks...

This is a great tool. I was working on resurfacing my deck. Cutting angles was a nightmare. I never realized that using a tool like this would save me hours of calculations and many bad cuts. As you can see from the picture below, I had many angles. I was about 70% done before I bought this tool. The rest of the project was much easier. I liked the adjustable arm so I could get the right angle using the arm rather than having to measure it with the protractor.

I have all the aluminum rafter squares of varying sizes. The functions are identical, however, the adjustable arm makes ALL the difference. I'm building hexagon shelving that requires beveled joints cut at identical degrees. With the traditional square you have to remeasure the angle to make each and every cut. With an adjustable arm locked in place you are assured the exact dimensions are fixed i.e. you can make repetitive cuts. For me, this was very handy in that I made 18 cuts. Saves a ton of time. Yes, they are perfect, I did not have to go back and redo.

Owned for only a short time. Appears to be made of quality materials. Pleased with my purchase thus far. It meets the needs I was looking for.

I love this thing! If you do any sort of construction & use a speed square, this thing is vital. First, it is metal which I love. I have had cheap plastic squares & they never last more than a few projects. I love being able to set it & forget it. If i need say a 4/12 pitch I can set it & never have to measure again, just cut & go. outstanding product. Only complaint is if you unscrew it all the way it can be troublesome to put back together (dont loose the pieces either)

First off I wish this was made in the USA like the old ones ...but hopefully one day we get quality products back. Overall the tool is well marked good contrast not made in china but Taiwan , the quality is good and robust , real brass lock down knob Tawiwan products are generally better made than china in short the tool is accurate and durbable

I've had a few, these you can bend, crack indent, and even break just like the rest, good for a few big jobs, just depends how many times you drop it and throw it in the tool box.

This tool is well made and has many uses when doing cabinetry and moldings. The knob is real brass and the overall quality is really good. The coating/paint makes it easy to glide thru your work without any marring or scratches. Made in Taiwan.

I bought this little square 3 years ago and was then choosing between a standard speed square and this adjustable one. I'm really glad I got this one as its angle adjustment ability has come in handy more than once or twice over the years! It works very well and once the adjustment thumb screw is tightened it's as good as a solid (non-adjustable) one.

Great tool, very durable and easy to adjust the angle setting. I found that care must be given in setting to 90 as the adjuster can go slightly beyond but otherwise good. fits in my toolbelt perfectly and is lightweight so you don't even feel the weight of it carrying it all day.
