This doesn't turn color or does it?

I bought it as a gift. The recipient wears it all the time. no color change.

to my knowledge it is brass w/gold plating, but I would check Kate Spade sight to be sure if you have sensitivity to nickel. It is a pretty necklace.

Does this necklace come with a gift box?

I honestly can't remember, but i believe it came in a nice little pouch. Packaging aside, my 20 year old loves the necklace and wears it daily!
