A bit too chewy
I know it's meant to be chewed,and initially I thought this was a little TOO chewy---decided it was due to being comparatively thick cut,but further packets now eaten make me believe the meat is tougher--not terribly so--than Jack Links.Not at all bad,but I'll stay with Links in future,which is undeniably top class.

Schimmlige Portionen
In einer der Packungen war der Inhalt halb mit weißen Schimmel bedeckt. Ablaufdatum laut Packung 2 Monate nach Zeitpunkt der Öffnung und trocken gelagert kann also nicht abgelaufen sein. Rest war ok aber für so ein Preis-Inhalt Verhältniss darf sowas nicht vorkommen.

Gar nicht zäh wie anderes Trockenfleisch
Lässt sich supergut kauen. Nutze es für Low-Carb-Ernährung. Vielleicht etwas wenig pro Tüte. Es war jedoch mal viel mehr Fleisch und das Trocknen ist sicher energieaufwendig. Könnte man die Wüste dafür nutzen? Dann haben wir aber Transportkosten.
