I love this product! Although it may seem pricey, it’s a great value for the amount of servings, especially when compared to other electrolyte packets. I love that it has zero sugar and a good amount of magnesium. It’s been great in helping me stay hydrated and recovering from workouts. Not to mention, the taste is great and it dissolves well.

After sampling the variety pack, I absolutely fell in love with the Ultima Pink Lemonade flavor, so I went ahead and got the big 90-serving canister. I am so glad I did. This flavor is outstanding – it tastes like a perfectly balanced lemonade with a hint of berry sweetness (that’s what makes it “pink” lemonade, I suppose). It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and incredibly easy to drink. In fact, having this delicious flavor has encouraged me to double my water intake because I actually look forward to drinking it throughout the day. Using the powder from the tub is simple. It comes with a little scoop, and I just mix one scoop in my 16-20 oz water bottle. It dissolves almost instantly, even in cold water – just a quick stir or shake and it’s good to go. No clumping. The convenience and economy of the 90-serving tub are great; it lasts me a long time (about a month’s supply or more for me, depending on how often I drink it) and is much more cost-effective than single packets. I often fill up a big jug of water with ice and a couple of scoops of Pink Lemonade Ultima to sip on a hot afternoon. It keeps me hydrated and tastes way better than plain water, so I end up drinking more. One of the main reasons I stick with Ultima is how I feel using it. There’s zero sugar, zero calories, yet it’s packed with electrolytes and even Vitamin C. On days I drink it, I notice I don’t get that mid-day slump as hard, likely because I’m staying hydrated and replenishing what my body needs. There’s no caffeine or anything – it’s just hydration – but it genuinely makes me feel good and energized in a clean way. The Pink Lemonade flavor in particular is a hit with my taste buds; even my husband, who usually hates sugar-free drinks, enjoys stealing sips of this because the flavor is so on point. If you have a favorite flavor of Ultima, I definitely recommend getting the big container. For me it’s Pink Lemonade all the way. This tub has been a staple on my counter and I’ve started bringing a scoop or two in a little container to work so I can refill my water with it. I couldn’t be happier – it keeps me refreshed, it’s healthy, and it tastes fantastic. A five-star product in every sense.

We have purchased Ultima for years, and have consumed it in place of cocktails as our "nightcap" - I think the magnesium helps us sleep better, and I really feel hydrated all throughout the night. I originally purchased as a sugar free alternative to Pedialyte and Gatorade, and then became slightly addicted. ;) I've tried to find more natural alternatives to this, but none of them have competed with Ultima. Though the price is going up (PLEASE BRING IT BACK DOWN, ULTIMA!), which has driven us to try to find said alternatives, I still is a good value for the money when you compare it to liquid IV and others. And the flavors are all really good. We love it!

You may think the price of this product is expensive but, when you see how long it lasts, it's an amazing value. If you find yourself struggling with electrolyte balance, dehydration as well as dizziness, mental confusion and a wide variety of other things that can be associated with dehydration, this product may be of help to you. The nice part about this electrolyte balance is that everything is healthy good quality products and it's much better for you to drink this than it is to keep drinking those sugary sports drinks because this has no added sugar. The instructions suggest that you princess daily and add a scoop or two to your water to boost your electrolytes and minerals but, my experience is calm if you take too many electrolytes, you'll have diarrhea and sometimes nausea. I'm not a doctor in or do I endorse or give any medical advice but I will just tell you what I've done that works for me and that is, I take my 32 oz water bottle and I'll just put in a half a scoop. Just those small minerals that are getting into your body that you need, the minerals that you lose when you're sweating, can easily be replaced gently while you're getting the water which is so critical for your body. In my personal opinion, I don't think you should use this electrolyte mix all day everyday. I think, like anything, it should be used in moderation. The average person doesn't need electrolyte replacements on a regular basis. However, if you're not eating healthy, fruits vegetables, this electrolyte replenisher can help get your body back into shape for your mental clarity, focus neurological well-being and overall feeling of wellness. I can tell you from my own experience, I've been in the hospital for heat stroke and I almost lost my life, literally! I understand now how important it is to maintain hydration and keep that electrolyte balance going strong. They have a nice variety of flavors personally, I really like the lemonade flavor and the watermelon flavor but I haven't tried every flavor yet.. On average, one of these containers last me upwards of six to eight months. And that's a long time for such a small price. Especially when you consider a bottle of sports drink can run upwards of three or 4 dollars so, 10 bottles of the sugary sports drinks can buy several months of natural quality electrolyte powder. The company is really nice to work with, they're great about answering all your questions and stand behind their product. Everything in moderation know your own body and know what your needs are. Experiment with this product by adding a little bit at a time to your water to a point where you feel comfortable and stay hydrated.

After having kidney stones on New Year's Morning on vacation five years ago, I have prioritized drinking lots of water. Having diabetes in the family, sugar intake has always been a concern for me. Drinking so much tap water does get boring, so I have started using electrolyte mixes. Mostly I have used Nuun tablets, but they can be expensive, and have a chalky taste. I also buy LMNT, which tastes great, but is even more expensive than Nuun, though one packet is equivalent to two Nuun tablets. So I have started substituting in Ultima Blue Raspberry Drink Mix as well. A small scoop of Ultima Blue Raspberry Drink Mix adds enough flavor for a 20 oz glass of water to be appealing but not overwhelming. Two scoops will cover a 40 oz tumbler and last for hours. The Ultima powder dissolves quickly and completely. The price per ounce is as good as any product on the market. The blue raspberry flavor is better than most other brands and flavors. The one drawback is that it has a pretty significant aftertaste of artificial sweetener. Overall I am fairly happy with it, but just be warned you will notice the aftertaste.

I used to get cramps in my hands and calves when I play gigs in my band and this hydrates me so completely I never get cramps anymore.
