Magpul Industries, MOE M-LOK Forend, Fits Mossberg 590/590A1, Black

The forend fitted great on my Mossberg 590 and I tested it out immediately after installation to make sure there weren’t any issues. I had no weapon attachments at this time and my Mossberg does not come with a heat guard. So I did not experience any complications as other users reviewed. I believe it looks great, ease to install, it’s worth the money, the grip feels great.

Excellent product, fit right on my Mossberg 500, and has a much better feel than the stock ribbed forend. my only disappointment was that it did not come with a Magpul decal as their products often do

Fit my Maverick 88 after I had to change out the action slide with the 7-3/4" first. Easy installation and looks really good.

This should have had a five star rating, but it didn't. The primary reason I dropped this a star was because of the description: Drop-in replacement for the Mossberg 590/590A1 12ga shotguns This is not entirely true. This is not a drop in replacement for the Mossberg 590 Shockwave - you can make it work, but I hope you have a drill press, some sand paper, and a bit of patience. It is in no way a drop in fit, so the description suggesting it generally fits 590 could use some nuance. Outside of that, this is a fantastic forend as one would come to expect from Magpul. Construction is rock solid, and fitted correctly it is far superior to the stock Mossberg corn cob. Great addition, but if you want it on your Shockwave be sure you're willing to put the work in. If you actually want drop in for your Shockwave, look elsewhere

Fits fine on a 500, does feel better, I prefer my little strap on my shockwave. Adds a touch of bulk, but 3 m-lock slots and feels much better than the corncob. Swells out at the ends to cup your hand. Racks feel more pronouced. Worth the price for handling and flashlight mounting alone. Feels solid, not cheap. I guess the magtube length may cause problems, but why not just get a longer magtube anyway? Mine looks standard as can be in factory clothing, and it flopped right on there. The gun is less than 15 years old, closer to 10.
