Premium Venison Summer Sausage.
This is some really great stuff. Summer sausage has a wonderful flavor, isn't real spicy, and goes great with cheese and crackers. Or, slice off a piece and enjoy it straight up. In my opinion you can't go no better.

Buy this every year to make venison sausage. Great flavor and comes with everything you need!! It is also broken down so you don't have to do a whole 30#'s at one time. I usually do half batch at a time. You wont regret buying this.

First time using and glad we went with this kit. Only thing is alittle spicy where my girls wouldn't eat but for adults it's prefect
