Creative Arcades Full Size Commercial Grade Cocktail Arcade Machine | 2 Player | 3500 Games | 26" LCD Lifting Screen | LED | 4 Sanwa Joysticks | Trackball | 2 Stools | 3 Year Warranty

We LOVE this arcade game and our family/friends LOVE this game! I purchased this for my husband’s birthday and less than 15 minutes after the game was delivered he was on a game playing. We had the family over and the competition has been fierce. The quality is arcade quality, the buttons, joystick and material is well made, top notch and sturdy. This is an investment! Brian has been attentive and helpful to every call and text. The customer service is phenomenal. Thank you Creative Arcades for making it possible to have a piece of our childhood in our home!!!

Great game & great customer service from COD. They answered all my questions promptly. Flexible with options. Tech support (if needed) is available and knowledgeable. Riser is a great feature if using office style chairs. Love this arcade game. Think I'm gonna start charging friends to play! 😁

I was very excited to get this. It is pretty neat, but I made a point to order one with a trackball. This one said "trackball" in the description and all the photos showed one. When it arrived, all the control panels were different and did not have the trackball. Centipede just isn't the same. Other observations: no manual; no apparent way to adjust the volume; menu is difficult to navigate just because of the number of games. There doesn't seem to be much thought put into organizing and search isn't user friendly. Overall though it is fun to play and from what I see out there better than most other options.

This thing is awesome. I’ve been an avid fan of arcade games for over 35 years. When I saw the product description, it seemed too good to be true. This system claimed to have every (not most) game ever I had ever loved playing in an arcade and so much more. Delivery was early, and the service was professional and responsive. I had a small issue with a bad lead in the LED lights (cosmetic only) and they immediately offered to replace it (pretty easy to install). I checked out the internal construction as I had played around with some Arcade PCBs and emulation PCs in the past. Wiring was tidy and neat (incredibly important, fire hazard and malfunction hazard), and the extra effort shows as you look around the inside. No crisscrossed disasters here. Even the price is significantly below what I expected given the quality. This is a big bright display that tilts and you are paying less than $1 a game. Must buy for die hard fans or really anybody ever.

Creative Arcades LLC advertises “best-in-class” arcade machines, but in reality sells cheaply made, poor-quality imports from China. I purchased their TR2 Virtual Pinball Machine | Full Force Feedback Package on March 26, 2025. After months of delays, excuses, and misleading communication, they finally delivered the machine on August 11, 2025—completely non-functional. This product should never have left their shop, yet it now sits in my home as nothing more than an expensive piece of dead weight. It isn’t even playable. Brian, the owner, has offered nothing but excuses instead of solutions. Worse yet, the machine does not match the specifications advertised on their website. What you see online is not what you actually get. If you want to waste time and money while being strung along with empty promises, then buy from Creative Arcades. If you want a working, quality product—look elsewhere.

Nice product and great shipping ups

Totally AWESOME!!! Definitely a great purchase

We decided to add a cocktail video game console to our game room this year for Christmas. A substantial amount of time was spent reading reviews, looking at features and pricing out options. After much consideration we decided to go with the 3500 game 26" model with hydraulic lift top for two person side play. We were not disappointed and neither will you if you choose to go with this company and model (or any model they offer for that matters). First, this is not some cheap cabinet with plastic top. Nor is it something slapped together with lightweight shoddy products. The cabinet is heavy and very well made with quality products including a thick glass top. With that being said, be sure to hold on to the glass top for those last couple of inches before glass meets the table so it doesn't hit too hard. Looking internally at the unit, great care has been taken to neatly bundle and tie back all wiring. You'll rarely need into the cabinet after you initially set the volume, treble and bass where you want it with the settings mounted neatly on the lockable door. You can turn on/off the brilliant LED lighting or go for an optional dimmer (highly recommended). The buttons and joysticks are reminiscent of the 1980s where these games took a beating and never seemed to fail. They feel just like they should and are very responsive making gaming fun. While we knew up front that we'd never play all 3500 games, we were after the hundred or so that were very popular back in the day and we were not disappointed. It has brought back tons of memories and hours of fun. No, the games are not the same quality as to those on PS4 or XBox but remember, these are where those games started! This is where many of us cut our teeth. When the very professional people brought it to our home and carefully installed it, we opted to have the coin option disconnected so we could play without rolls and rolls of quarters, for obvious reasons. We put a piece of clear packing tape over the coin slot so that our 3 year old wouldn't load it with who knows what. They spent a fair amount of time explaining to us how things worked and made sure we were happy. They also cleaned up after themselves which was not expected but greatly appreciated! So, one of the biggest questions with a superior product with a 3 year warranty was the customer service after the sale? Would it be as great as the presale and delivery? It was! We had a small issue with the system auto adjusting constantly when it came on and randomly during game play. I contacted support and they quickly went through some things and it was quickly diagnosed to a VGA video cable. I happened to have one on hand from an old computer, swapped it out and it was fixed! While the company was going to send me a new cable at their expense (under warranty), I didn't feel it was necessary. If you are in the market for a high quality, durable cocktail video game table with insanely awesome pre and post customer service, stop looking at other companies. Even if you opt for one with fewer games, it is still well worth it! I know you will have as much fun as we have!

Companies are best judged by what happens when things go wrong. Received my arcade table but no riser. Contacted the company which got back to me immediately shipped it out no charge and I received it in two days. All my investigation said that this was the company to buy from and they are correct. The machine is beautiful. The rising top is great. Everything of the highest quality. My one critique of the table would be that you can’t make a list of favourites. And with 3500 games it can take some time searching. Otherwise an amazing product and great company. I’d happily buy it again.
