Tiny pot 50-75% full
First time purchase, just opened the tiny pot that is not full. It only contains about 50-75% of product which is disappointing. The packaging is nice, quality and return seems great. Too early on to see of it’s effective for pigmentation.

ok but results lacking
I like the smell and the feel of this balm and it lasts quite a long time because a little really goes a long way. however, the balm is grainy until smoothed all the way in and it hasn't changed the pigment of my lips and I've been using it for 2 months
