Did the job, fitted easily on my Arctis 7, all good!

Had a lot of use now, and still comfortable and effective. Requires patience to fit, but worth doing, as saves quality headset

Looks and feels almost like the original. Good fit and easy to install. Good value.

Fit well on my arctis 9's. Comfy and soft. good padding and fairly cool. can recommend as a good replacement. Reasonable price too.

The lining for the ear pads is oversized for the headset it states its for, therefore it tends to fall off the headset when you are putting them down or on half the time. Other than that they feel nice and look decent.

good replacement

18/9/2024: They just arrived today to replace my original ones, since one of them fell apart (the holding rubber band failed). I wasn't expecting much but I have to say they are pretty good. They seem to be of medium/good quality and the right size (Arctis 5). It was very easy to put them on - I am usually not too patient with these things but it took me 30 seconds to replace each. They fit snag around the earpiece and they feel a bit more foamy than the original ones, so I guess in summer time they will get a bit hotter. They do feel comfortable however, so will see how they fare over time and I will update my review if anything changes. Having to replace those was in hindsight a blessing in desguise. I noticed how the original ones (which I had for years!) were quite dirty - over the years grime, sweat, dead cells etc. accummulate and you can't really wash these things. I have now made it my routine to replace them every 12 months or so, to ensure they are clean from a hygenic perspective, even if there is nothing wrong with the pads. I also ordered a new headband (different place) for the same hygenic reasons.

Item is as described! Fits well and personally I cant really tell the difference when gaming. I'm using Steelseries Arctics 7P and it's great!

This review is relevant if you have Creative Labs Super X-Fi headset. For the cost, I have zero complaints - these get the job done and they are an absolute bargain! Not a perfect fit, but once you put them on, align and adjust them just right on the Super XFi removable cushion holder plates and lock the plates back in place, you cannot tell these cushions are not made for this particular headset. Older Super XFi Air C headset (the original) has cloth-wrapped cushions, not the super soft faux leather like on the new Super XFi Gamer. I bought a new Super XFi Gamer headset and decided to bring my old AIR C cans to the office. But, the rear bits of the cushions and the tension ribbons have deteriorated to the point of one pad falling off completely, and the other hanging by a thread. Being cheap, I could not stomach spending $35 + tax on the originals. But, I also could not use the double sided sticky tape to hold my headset together in the office... Enter Arctis cushions for a tenner! They are comfortable and good enough fit to not make the headset feel nor sound drastically different. Granted, they are not as thick or sound insulating as the originals, but they do not have to be to make my old headset perfectly usable again. Super XFi effect is as good as before and the music still sounds awesome. I checked and it seems the holder plates are exactly the same dimensions on the new Super XFi Gamer so I guess I'll be buying another two pairs of these. That will have me covered for the next four years, at least. Now I have to figure out what to do with the headband - it's falling apart too...
