This basket is large enough to fry bigger items or bigger portions for a large family. I bought this because I could not fit enough food in the smaller baskets that came with the fryer and I do not regret it.

Perfect, cooks a lot of french fries, and chicken wing at one time, great if you're having a party

This basket is a decent addition to go with the ones that come with the unit. I feel for what it is that its overpriced, bit it works as designed. Also, the older models seemed to have deeper baskets, so I almost feel like the width helps make up for the lack of depth of those older units.

Now I can fry small or larger. Unit came with two smaller for seperate frying and larger basket will take care of frying larger portions. Very satisfied

Love that we can do larger batches of our chicken fingers! A great addition to the fryer we think is the best we have owned. Loved it so much that when we left it behind on a vacation we immediately ordered another, didn't even research another!
