It's not a "One Size". It is "Adjustable".To be honest, the actual color of this cap wasn't what I expected. When I unwrapped and removed it from the delivery box, I saw a beautiful black on beige cap that in my opinion is artistically to sexy to be used as an everyday wearable. That is probably it's only flaw. Although if you walk into your favorite drinking establishment while wearing it the compliments will soon be forth coming!!!
