I have regular pain in my glutes ( bet you thought I was going to use another word! lol ), so I use these massage balls to work out the pain. They are the perfect size for positioning them into the problem area. Five or so minutes of gentle movement and the sore spot is better. Highly recommend these!

There isn't a ton to say with these, but they work as advertised for getting knots out. These were a bit softer than other lacrosse balls I've purchased for myofascial, but I liked that.

My physical therapist has these and recommended I get them to continue therapy at home. They are a great way to advance your healthing.
