Works well.
These work very well and it stops me from tying knots in my long bands during my workouts.

I use everyday
I use them daily they stay in place for the most part and work well when new. They do stretch out after some time and I will be ordering a replacement set but I guess any material that you use every day will start to lose resistance and have to be replaced. Good value for the price.

18” loop is too long
For someone my height (5’4”) and shorter leg span, the 18” loop is too large for leg/lower body work. I simply tied a knot to make it smaller, but if you’re around my height you will probably want a shorter loop.

The product is fine, but the delivery was not.
I like Theraband products and have bought more than one product from them.But, I received an email that it was delivered on Aug 26th, but it was nowhere to be found. If showed up at the door of my apartment building on the 28th

Not very substantial
These Theraband resistance bands aren't very substantial. I've broken two of these without much effort. The Theraband material I got from my PT lasted much longer before these bands.

Perfect for my PT exercises
My injuries were serious enough I had to work up to the more resistant bands so these were perfect. My physical therapist uses Therabrand so I matched the brand and they were very reasonably priced for my needs.
