03360 Spark Generator Replacement for Select DCS and OCI Gas Grill Models

A wiring diagram would be helpful,

This unit is a generic replica of the DCS OEM spark generator. Although I could not find any instruction of how to replace and DCS Customer support refused to provide instruction and told me to call a technician. I went ahead and popped out the old unit and ordered this replacement. Just make sure you mark all the wires to plug them back in the same order. It took 10 minutes to replace it.

Works good

Does not work for more than two starts of the grill.

It worked for less than a year and had to replace it already.

When I ordered the replacement spark generator for my 30" DCS grill, I was concorned that it wasn't going to be an easy replacement because it was not the exact size and shape of the original one. The replacement was easy, all the mounting holes lined up fine and it worked fine. I would have given it 5 stars if they had sent some wiring instructions with it.
